A Special Kind of Arrival
A lot has happened at our construction site over the past few months – and we’ve now reached a special milestone: With the start of planting season, the first holm oaks have been planted in the Philosophers’ Garden. This marks a significant step forward in the development of the outdoor area, giving the project a new, vibrant dimension.
With precision and heavy equipment
The delivery and placement of the trees was an impressive sight. While smaller specimens were quickly hoisted over the roof of the shed by crane, transporting the large holm oaks demanded the utmost precision and teamwork. Weighing over two tons, they were positioned precisely at their designated locations – a visible interplay of technology, planning, and craftsmanship.
Where nature invites you to pause
Even now, we look forward to the time after move-in: In summer, the holm oaks will not only provide pleasant shade, but also transform the view from the cafeteria into a green oasis. The Philosopher’s Garden is thus evolving into a place of contemplation, a retreat, and a space of calm – a special environment that invites you to linger and pause.
Warm oak, cool steel, and historic stone: The interior comes together
Inside, too, the project is progressing according to plan. High-quality oak windows in the villa add warm, distinctive accents, while the striking steel windows in the coach house emphasize the architectural character. At the same time, the extensive restoration of the historic sandstone staircase is increasingly taking shape.

All trades are working with great dedication to achieve the next milestones. The building services and electrical installations are largely complete, while drywall work is currently in full swing. The interior is taking shape—another significant step toward completion, which we look forward to with confidence.
