An important milestone for our historic property in Neustadt
JH Holding has reached another significant milestone: The building permission has been granted for the conversion of our historic property in Neustadt.
The path to authorisation: A joint success
After an intensive period of preparation with the monument protection authorities, all our planners and partners, we received the approval without any restrictions. This is a great success that paves the way for the next steps. In Particular we would like to thank our architects Schöne and project management Wolfgang Erles Construction Management, who coordinated the collaboration of numerous parties involved.
In focus: Sustainability and modernisation
With the authorisation in hand, we are now looking forward to the upcoming construction phases. The building will soon be gutted. As we will be heating sustainably with geothermal energy in future, we are also modernising the entire building services. This measure is a key part of our strategy to preserve the historical heritage of the building while integrating state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly technologies.
Our aim: Preserving the history
The remaining original doors, the magnificent wall panelling on the ground floor, as well as the ornate cast-iron interior and exterior railings and the wrought-iron gate are carefully removed and secured. We store the sandstone in the exterior area so that it can be reinstalled afterwards. The known historical features will of course be professionally secured in order to preserve the authenticity of the building. These measures are crucial to preserving the historic flair of the property for future generations.
