After the corrugated cardboard plants and the paper mills, JH-Holding GmbH, the parent company of Progroup AG, is now starting work as a think tank. As an internationally active family business, JHH focuses on the non-integrated packaging market and on strengthening the many medium-sized family businesses in this sector. It creates value, imparts knowledge and lives values.
Maximilian Heindl and Vinzenz Heindl are our equal partners. We have received a clear mandate from them: To offer the next generations – their own family and family businesses in the packaging industry – strategic, financial and creative space to grow, learn and develop their skills.

An important part of JHH and in supporting our customers is the Professionals Academy. It has already successfully started its work and creates a network of knowledge and connections. The combination of impulses from experts and the experience of the Professionals Academy members helps in the joint development of strategies and the tapping of market potential.
In addition, JHH is working on further measures to strengthen family businesses in the packaging industry in strategic projects.
Since the beginning of August, we have been in our own premises in Neustadt – a location that could hardly be more fitting as a symbol of the bridge between past and future that the company is building. The new location is a transition until the long-term home, a historic building in Neustadt, can be occupied. But that is another story, which we will be happy to report on in detail at a later date.
For now, we are looking forward to the new premises, where fresh ideas and exciting projects will find room to grow – and to the summer in Neustadt.
